The New Terminal One invites all vendors to join the bidders list for upcoming Design-Build Contracting Opportunities. Click on the “Prequalify” button below to complete an online Prequalification Questionnaire and upload required financial records and safety documents that provide the team with relevant information concerning your financial health, safety and integrity records.

** Note that AECOM is involved at Terminal 1 (Tishman) and Terminal 6 at JFK Airport (Hunt). There is a separate prequalification per development team. If you are interested in being considered for both projects, do not start the applications simultaneously. Complete 1 first, then start the 2nd, to facilitate the seamless transition of information from one application to the next.
