The New Terminal One invites all vendors to join the bidders list for upcoming bidding opportunities. Click on the “Prequalify” button below to complete an online Prequalification Questionnaire and upload required financial records and safety documents that provide the team with relevant information concerning their financial health, safety and integrity records.

Navigate to the Awaiting Submission section and locate the Tishman Construction Corporation questionnaire.
For your reference, find session recordings and copies of past presentations with information regarding how to complete the prequalification application.

**Note that AECOM is involved at Terminal 1 (Tishman) and Terminal 6 at JFK Airport (Hunt). There is a separate prequalification per development team. If you are interested in being considered for both projects, do not start the applications simultaneously. Complete 1 first, then start the 2nd, to facilitate the seamless transition of information from one application to the next.
