The team supports projects throughout the redevelopment program – from buildings and terminals to roadways and utilities, taxiways and runways, and other airfield-related construction.

Peer Leaders/Classroom Aides: Part-time with variable hours per session (fall, spring and summer) 

Individuals  should have at least a high school degree and are currently enrolled in college and pursuing STEM or aviation majors.  Prior STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) experience following the NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), or FAA (Federal Aviation Agency) curriculum is highly recommended. Should have familiarity with fundamental scientific principles and literacy.   Demonstrated record of working with children from the elementary (K1-5), middle (6 through 8 ) and high school (K9-12) grades will be highly sought. Assisting teachers in imparting STEM lessons and closely working with children in both in-school or after school settings will be acceptable. Participation in Science Olympiad, Science Research or summer research internship program will be advantageous for this position. 

Salary range is between $25 and $30 per hour.

Qualified applicants from the minorities and women are preferred.

Applicants should have familiarity with fundamental scientific principles and literacy including robotics, engineering design, coding, computational and peer mentoring aspects.  Demonstrated record of working with children from the elementary (K1-5), middle (6 through 8 ) and high school (K9-12) grades will be highly sought. Teaching STEM lessons in both in-school or after school settings will be acceptable.

Teachers should be able to design STEM lessons or improve upon based on specific aviation-related contents. Depending on the demographic breakdown of individual class, hiring of bilingual STEM teacher will be necessitated. 

Salary range is between $50 and $60 per hour

The TWA Hotel at JFK Airport is Hiring! MCR/MORSE Development has finished restoring the landmark 1962 TWA terminal into JFK Airport’s only on-airport hotel. The TWA Hotel — complete with 512 guestrooms, 50,000 square feet of event space, multiple restaurants and a cocktail lounge housed in a 1958 Lockheed Constellation airplane.
