The New Terminal One (NTO)– a privately financed $9.5 billion consortium led by Ferrovial, JLC Infrastructure, Ullico, and Carlyle—is excited to announce four key hires supporting the design, development, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a world-class terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
