Building on the momentum of the recently completed Terminal 8 (T8) Expansion Project, the $125 million T8 Commercial Redevelopment will reimagine the customer experience and provide opportunities for local, minority and women-owned businesses and the community.

Across a two-year development period, T8 Innovation Partners — a joint venture led by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) Airports — in partnership with American Airlines and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is developing and managing the reimagined customer experience, including major commercial upgrades throughout the terminal to create a NYC-inspired destination with 60+ exciting new shop and restaurant offerings.
